Apex Physics Partners is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Towson, MD
- Performs general bookkeeping work, which may include entering data and maintaining records, invoices, and supporting documents of amounts due for services rendered.
- Preparing, printing, and mailing invoices to customers as needed.
- Perform collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced, goal-oriented department.
- Contacts customers to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.
- Create spreadsheets upon request.
- Report on activity to hiring manager as needed.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
